إلى متى أنت غافل يا أسير الملكْ
اخرجgo forth إلىto ملكوتكyour spiritual realm فالنفوسfor the lower selves الهلكْruin
اخرج إلى ملكوتك فالنفوس الهلكْ
How long will you remain heedless, O captive of the earthly realm?
How long will you remain heedless, o prisoner of the kingdom?
Go forth into your spiritual realm, for the lower selves spell ruin.
Come out to your kingdom, for souls are perishing.
إياكbeware بالغيرthrough what is other تغرقyou drown فيin البحارthe seas الحلكْthe pitch-dark
إياك بالغير تغرق في البحار الحلكْ
وجهthe face of الحبيبthe Beloved إنif بداappears يخرقrends عليهabove it الفلكْthe celestial sphere
وجه الحبيب إن بدا يخرق عليه الفلكْ
Beware lest, through what is other, you drown in the pitch-dark seas.
Beware of others, lest you drown in murky seas.
If the Beloved's face appears, it rends the firmament above it.
If the face of the Beloved appears, it tears through the skies.
