وَمِنand from قَبلُbefore آمَنّاwe believed وَقَدwhile indeed كانَhad been قَومُناour people
وَمِن قَبلُ آمَنّا وَقَد كانَ قَومُنا
يُصَلّونَpraying لِلأَوثانِto the idols قَبلَbefore مُحَمَّداMuhammad
يُصَلّونَ لِلأَوثانِ قَبلَ مُحَمَّدا
And before this we had believed, though our people
And before that we believed, while our people had been
used to worship idols before Muhammad came.
