1. I am Yemeni in passion and nature
My soil is the soil of beautiful wishes

2. I planted my youth in it as guidance
And fertilized plentiful fields in it

3. And passion flowed through it like meadows
Budding over its growing ribs

4. And blooming in every barren of mine
And dawning in every promising horizon

5. It is Yemen, the bountiful, abode of beauty
Time has sung of it, its meadows have sung

6. I'm attributed to it so my heart sings
Chanting in it the gentle meanings

7. And my beautiful path has leafed with love
And my swift sins have overflowed with youth

8. Tears of my heart upon my eyelids
Settle its passion and nurture its tears

9. And the awakening of my soul upon my temples
A morning of glory kindling its lights

10. My blood flows as pride of struggle
To toughen in it lofty brows
