1. God held the caliphate after it faltered,
And its flock avoided being scattered.

2. It was entrusted to one steadfast in God,
Who found in it acceptance and favor.

3. Had he not stood firmly for the Muslims’ rights,
Fine consequences would be denied, unrecognized.

4. When he rose like the beauty of kingship beaming,
We recalled the best caliph, virtuous Ja’far.

5. Of outstretched hands in bounty and face
That generosity illuminated and gleamed.

6. Earth’s blessings came from every direction,
And life’s branch flourished fresh and green.

7. Swift opening victory gave us joy—
We met it auspiciously triumphant and spearheading.
