And garden, O Abu Ya'qub

5. My praise cannot match your worth
Though it came from the east or the south wind

6. The seeker grew weak but your care
Never waned despite the distance

7. By my life, I have pondered your ways
And found no fault or cause for wonder

8. A lineage between us confirms
Civility, as the cultured honor the cultured

9. Your care showed the way
Until success shone through troubles

10. Beyond closed doors, drawn curtains
And veils of modesty and reserve
