By the words of the one who praises you, O glorious Hufayn

4. In Abu Ja'far there is a spectacle and a listener
Among those chained in the monastery of the insane

5. A pretentious blood claims to be cultured
Yet cannot tell a fig from mud

6. A sullen brow frowns at the feast
With glances cutting like knife blades

7. He who desires it brings it near without aim
And his desire comes from India and China
