1. My Lord's prayer and salutations
Upon the best of all creations

2. Of gentle manners, giver of bounties
Kind, compassionate, brave lion

3. That Prophet of Hashim
That rightly-guided Guide, Ali

4. The exalted, mighty Savior
The intercessor on Judgment Day

5. The perfection of glory, the perfection of beauty
Pole of Majesty, Pole of Generosity

6. Dispeller of misguidance, bearer of shade
Pure water for all who thirst

7. Embodiment of all virtues, summit of glories
Abundance of gifts, his fame exalted

8. Adornment of manners, pride of all men
Doer of deeds, beauty of names

9. Of lofty minaret, of great pride
Carpenter on high, of sublime station

10. Full moon of good fortune, keeper of promises
Keeper of covenants, reaching every corner

11. Pole of existence, goal of all pilgrims
Refuge of the black-robed at dawn

12. Guide of servants, guide of hands
Ornament of worshippers, in the darkness gleaming

13. Protector of realities, savior of creations
Purest of creations, fold of resolutions

14. Best weapons, best assemblies
Strong fortress, hero unfazed

15. Star of message, full moon of perfection
Easy manners, gatherer of traits

16. Amidst servants, arrangement exemplary
Revealer of wonders, granter of wishes

17. With battalions like lions fierce
Face of events, greens of meadows

18. White of divine law, red of arrows
A beautiful face, a glance coy

19. A shade cooling, over all people
Prideful lineage, lasting glory

20. Soft cheek, in pride sublime
Ancient honor, straight guidance

21. A noble face, greeting with peace
Great stature, solid glory

22. Bounty inclusive, without end
Nature luminous, character fair

23. Speech eloquent, finest words
Courageous helper, rain abundant

24. Innocent savior from any blame
Trustworthy guide, fortress secure

25. Unsevered rope, without end
Aid unlimited, pride unmatched

26. Generosity famed, till swords' edges
And clear miracles

27. Indisputable proofs, piercing resolve
My eternal God adorned him so

28. As mountain goats visited him
Wolf and calf submitted

29. As we do, overawed
The moon split for he who ascended so high

30. To be received with utmost respect
The boulder greeted and the sky darkened

31. At his behest the dead spoke
The well burst and the flock strode

32. He called and the land turned fertile
The ewe lengthened and the sun eclipsed

33. The abode of peace for him made ready
Milk and beasts in service drew near

34. The obedient trees and rain poured down
At his gesture, to the clouds

35. Signs of Taha, none can surpass
Nor exhaust, for all time

36. My heart is filled with longing for him
With the most fragrant peace be he blessed

37. Since the days turned my inner youth
Fragrant and the doves all lamented

38. Peace upon the Imam best of men
Fullest peace from true peace

39. I'm elated by the best worshipper
Seeking from him the greatest hopes

40. O He who granted him those gifts
And chose him, grant me my wishes

41. Lord, erase my misdeeds
For in You is my fortressed refuge

42. Forgive my sins and revive my heart
For You, my Lord, revive the bones

43. Absolve my sins and veil my faults
Relieve my sorrows and forgive my crimes

44. Fulfill Your blessings, so we thank You
And forgive the lapsed, by this Imam

45. Save us from afflictions, open for us
Abundant gifts, paths of peace

46. And grant us, Lord of servants all
A good end when we die
