1. If God has blessed people, the Lord of people has not
Blessed his peace

2. The light of day grows weary of slander
And the monastery is the iniquity of darkness

3. So people in their long robes are in toil
A vile mouth and an outrageous boy enslaves them

4. He assaults the totally submissive; he sees them
On a horse as though it is darkness

5. So where did you leave in their backs
Arrogance and greatness when they stabbed you

6. By God if a lion attacked in its den
It would not drag prey to its lair
