٥. وَنَسألُ اللهَ لَنَا الإِعَانَه
فِيما تَوَخَّينَا مِنَ الإبَانَه

6. Of the school of Imam Zayd the jurist
Since that was a most vital purpose

٦. عَن مَذهَبِ الإِمَامِ زَيدِ الفَرَضِي
إذ كَانَ ذَاكَ مِن أهَمِّ الغَرَضِ

7. Knowing that knowledge is the best
That the servant strives and pursues

٧. عِلماً بأَنَّ العِلمَ خَيرُ مَا سُعِي
فِيهِ وأولَى مَالَهُ العَبدُ دُعِي

8. And this knowledge was distinguished
Widespread among all the learned

٨. وَأنَّ هذَا العِلمَ مَخصُوصٌ بِمَا
قَد شَاعَ فِيه عِندَ كُلِّ العُلَمَا

9. As being the first knowledge lost
Hardly found remaining on earth

٩. بِأَنَّهُ أوَّلُ عِلمٍ يُفقَدُ
فِي الأرضِ حَتَّى لا يَكادُ يُوجَدُ

10. And Zayd was uniquely endowed
By the Seal of Messengers' praise

١٠. وَأنَّ زَيداً خُصَّ لا مَحَالَه
بِمَا حَبَاهُ خاتَمُ الرِّسَالَه

11. When he said declaring his merit
Zayd is the most learned, I tell it

١١. مِن قَولِهِ في فَضلِهِ مُنَبِّهَا
أفرَضُكُم زَيدٌ وَنَاهِيكَ بِهَا

١٤. أسبَابُ مِيرَاثِ الوَرَى ثَلاَثَه
كُلٌّ يُفِيدُ رَبَّهُ الوِرَاثَه

15. Beyond these no cause for heritage
And a person's inheritance is prevented

١٥. وَهيَ نِكاحٌ وَوَلاءٌ وَنَسَب
مَا بَعدَهُنَّ لِلمَوَارِيثِ سَبَب

16. By one of three given impediments
Slavery, murder, and faith disparity

١٦. وَيمنَعُ الشَّخصَ مِنَ المِيرَاثِ
وَاحِدَةٌ من عِلَلٍ ثَلاثِ

17. So understand, doubt lacks certainty
The inheriting men are numbered ten

١٧. رِقٌّ وَقَتلٌ وَاختِلافُ دِينِ
فَافهَم فَليسَ الشَّكُّ كَاليَقِينِ

Son, son’s son, however low

١٨. وَالوَارِثُونَ مِنَ الرِّجَالِ عَشَرَه
أسمَاؤُهُم مَعرُوفَةٌ مُشتَهِرَه

١٩. الابنُ وَابنُ الإبنِ مَهمَا نَزَلا
والأَبُ والجَدُّ لَهُ وَإن عَلا

20. As in the Quran God dictated

٢٠. والأخُ مِن أيِّ الجِهَاتِ كَانَا
قَد أنزَلََ اللهُ بِهِ القُرآنا

21. Hear this true unchallenged speech
Paternal uncle and cousin through father

٢١. وَابنُ الأخِ المُدلِي إلَيهِ بِالأَبِ
فَاسمَع مَقَالاً لَيسَ بِالمُكَذَّبِ

22. Thank the wise author, value this favor
Husband and the freedman with loyalty

٢٢. والعَمُّ وَابنُ العَمِّ مِن أَبِيهِ
فَاشكُر لِذِي الإِيجَازِ وَالتَنيِه

23. So these men summed up fully
The women inheritors are seven

٢٣. وَالزَّوجُ والمُعتِقُ ذُو الوَلاء
فَجُملَة الذُّكُورِ هؤُلاءِ

24. None besides them given by Heaven
Daughter, son’s daughter, mother dear

٢٤. وَالوارِثَاتُ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ سَبعُ
لَم يُعطِ أُنثى غَيرَهُنَّ الشَّرعُ

25. Wife, grandmother, freedwoman here
Sister from whatever line descended

٢٥. بِنتٌ وَبِنتُ ابنٍ وأُمٌّ مُشفِقَه
وزَوجَةٌ وَجَدَّةٌ وَمُعتِقَه

26. So these are their number intended
Know inheritance is of two kinds defined:

٢٦. وَالأختُ مِن أيِّ الجِهَاتِ كانَت
فهذِهِ عِدَّتُهُنَّ بَانَت

27. Obligatory shares and residual assigned
The obligatory shares in Scripture’s text

٢٧. وَاعلَم بِأنَّ الإرثَ نَوعَانِ هُمَا
فَرضٌ وَتَصِيبٌ عَلَى مَا قُسِما

٣٨. أو مَعَ أولادِ البَنِينَ فَاعلَمِ
وَلا تظُنَّ الجَمعَ شَرطاً فَافهَمِ

39. Two thirds is for daughters jointly
Beyond just one, as is loudly

٣٩. وَالثُّلُثَانِ لِلبَنَاتِ جَمعا
مَا زَادَ عَن وَاحِدَةٍ فَسَمعَا

40. The same for son's daughters, comprehend
My speech with pure brilliant mind

٤٠. وَهوَ كَذاكَ لِبنَاتِ الابنِ
فَافهَم مَقالِي فَهمَ صَافِي الذِّهنِ

41. It is also for two sisters made
Free or slave, judgment as relayed

٤١. وَهوَ لِلاختَينِ فَمَا يَزِيدُ
قَضى بِهِ الأحرارُ والعَبِيدُ

42. If they are of same two parents
As the written law evidents

٤٢. هذَا إِذَا كُنَّ لأُمٍّ وَأبِ
أو لأبٍ فَاعمَل بِهذَا تُصِبِ

43. And the sixth is for seven by count:
Father, mother, son's daughter and grandparent

٤٣. وَالثُّلثُ فَرضُ الأُمِّ حَيثُ لاَ وَلَد
وَلا مِنَ الإِخوًَةِ جَمعٌ ذو عَدَد

44. Sister's daughter, then grandmother derive
Child of mother, all of those alive

٤٤. كَاثنَينِ أَو ثِنتَينِ أَو ثَلاثِ
حُكمُ الذُّكُورِ فِيهِ كَالإِنَاثِ

٤٨. وَهوَ لِلاثنَينِ أوِ اثنتَينِ
مِن وَلَدِ الأُمِّ بِغَيرِ مَينِ

49. Unless siblings thereof are existent
For closeness - they are precedent

٤٩. وَهكَذَا إن كَثُرُوا أو زادُوا
فَمَا لَهُم فِيما سِوَاهُ زَادُ

50. Or parents both, and a husband endowed,
The mother takes a third with grandfather

٥٠. وَيستَوِي الإِنَاثُ وَالذُّكُورُ
فِيهِ كَمَا قَد أوضَحَ المَسطُورُ

51. Not like the father if you probe
With wife of deceased, mother, and father's abode

٥١. وَالسُّدسُ فَرضُ سَبعَةٍ مِنَ العَدَد
أبٍ وَأُمٍّ ثُمَّ بِنتِ ابنِ وَجَد

52. Their and his judgment will appear
Fully in the coming situations clear

٥٢. وَالأختِ بِنتِ الإبنِ ثُمَّ الجَدَّه
وَوَلَدُ الأُمِّ تَمَامُ العِدَّه

53. And the son's daughter takes a sixth allotment
If along with daughter as a pattern

٥٣. فَالأَبُ يَستَحِقُّهُ مَعَ الوَلَد
وَهكَذَا الأُمُّ بِتَنزِيلِ الصَّمَد

54. Same for sister with a sister side by side
Through same parents, O intelligent guide!

٥٤. وَهكَذَا مَع وَلَدِ الإِبنِ الَّذِي
مَا زَالَ يَقفُو إثرَهُ وَيحتَذِي

55. The sixth is share for one grandmother
By lineage of mother and father there

٥٥. وَهوَ لَهَا أَيضاً مَعَ الإثنَينِ
مِن إخوَةِ المَيتِ فَقِس هذَينِ

56. Child of mother deserves the sixth, provided
Singly, that condition's not to be slighted

٥٦. وَالجدُّ مِثلُ الأبِ عِندَ فِقَدِه
في حوزِ مَا يُصيبُهُ وَمَدِّهِ

57. If grandmothers equal in degree
All inheriting, the share equally

٥٧. إلاَّ إذَا كَانَ هُنَاكَ إخوَه
لِكَونِهِم في القُربِ وَهوَ إسوَه

58. Is distributed by fairness complete
Of lawful portions precise, replete

٥٨. أو أبَوَانِ مَعهُمَا زَوجٌ وَرِث
فَالأُمُّ لِلثُّلثِ مَعَ الجَدِّ تَرِث

59. If one's related through mother, she bars
Mother's side grandmother, whose sixth she mars

٥٩. وَهكَذَا لَيسَ شَبِيهاً بِالأَبِ
في زَوجَةِ المَيتِ وَأُمِّ وَأبِ

60. If the reverse, two opinions carried
In scholars' works are clearly parried

٦٠. وَحُكمُهُ وَحكمُهُم سَيَأتِي
مُكَمَّلَ البَيَانِ في الحَالاتِ

61. The distant one's not dropped, most correct

٦١. وَبِنتُ الابنِ تَأخُذُ السُّدسَ إذَا
كانَت مَعَ البِنتِ مِثَالاً يُحتذَى

62. One without another heir determined

بِالأبَوَينِ يَا أُخَيَّ أدلَتِ

63. The closer one with same degree

وَاحِدَةٍ كَانَت لأُمٍّ وَأبِ

٧١. وَتَسقُطُ البُعدَى بِذاتِ القُربِ
في المَذهَبِ الأَولَى فَقُل لِي حَسبِي

٧٢. وَقَد تَنَاهَت قِسمَةُ الفُرُوضِ
مِن غَيرِ إشكالٍ وَلا غُمُوضِ

٧٦. كَالأَبِ وَالجَدِّ وَجدِّ الجَدِّ
والإبنِ عِندَ قُربِهِ وَالبُعدِ

77. These three roots, if obligations amplified
They expand to the famed six outside

٧٧. وَالأَخِ وَابنِ الأَخِ وَالأَعمَامِ
وَالسَّيِّدِ المُعتِقِ ذِي الإِنعامِ

To one expanding in isolation

فَكًُن لِمَا أَذكُرُهُ سَمِيعاً

With its eighth, so work by my hand

في الإِرثِ مِن حَظٍّ وَلا نَصِيبِ

80. Half and remainder, or halves both

٨٥. وَتَسقُطُ الجَدَّاتُ مِن كُلِّ جِهَه
بِالأُمِّ فَافهَمهُ وَقِس مَا أَشبَهَه

86. If shares won't divide for the heritage receivers
Follow the outlined proper procedures

٨٦. وَهكَذَا ابنُ الابنِ بِالإِبنِ فَلا
تَبغِ عَنِ الحُكمِ الصَّحِيحِ مَعدِلا

87. Seek the shortcut method in your actions
By agreement and multiplication, escaping fractions

٨٧. وَتَسقُطُ الإخوَةُ بِالبَنِينَا
وَبِالأَبِ الأَدنَى كَمَا رَوَينَا

88. Return to the agreeing numerator, understand
Multiply by the denominator, you're the deft hand

٨٨. أو بِبَنِي البَنِينَ كَيفَ كَانُوا
سِيَّانِ فِيهِ الجَمعُ وَالوِحدَانُ

89. If of one type, or more, no twisting of words
Follow the path of truth, reject the absurd

٨٩. وَيَفضُلُ ابنُ الأُمِّ بِالإِسقَاطِ
بِالجَدِّ فَافهَمهُ عَلَى احتِيَاطِ

Multiply by the second, be not distraught

٩٠. وَبِالبَنَات وَبَنَاتِ الابنِ
جَمعاً وَوِحدَاناً فَقُل لِي زِدنِي

91. For that is the share's fraction, memorize
Steer your gift, from it do not devize

٩١. ثُمَّ بَنَاتُ الابنِ يَسقُطنَ مَتَى
حَازَ البَنَاتُ الثُّلُثَينِ يَا فَتَى

92. Multiply by the origin you made intrinsic
Sum what joined, what came specific

٩٢. إلاَّ إذَا عَصَّبَهُنَّ الذَّكَرُ
مِن وَلَدِ الإِبنِ عَلَى مَا ذَكَرُوا

93. Divide it, the apportionment is then correct

٩٣. وَمِثلُهُنَّ الأخَوَاتُ اللَّلاتِي
يُدلِينَ بِالقُربِ مِنَ الجِهَاتِ

To its example works fulfill

٩٤. إذا أخَذنَ فَرضَهُنَّ وَافِِيَا
أسقَطنَ أولاَدَ لا أبِ البَوَاكِيَا

95. Without prolonging or obscuring the matter
Be content with what's shown, for it gives profit

٩٥. وَإن يَكُن أخٌ لَهُنَّ حاضِرَا
عَصَّبَهُن بَاطِناً وَظَاهِرَا

96. If one dies before the allotment's executed
Rectify calculation, share included

٩٦. وَلَيسَ إبنُ الأخِ بِالمُعصِّبِ
مَن مِثلَهُ أَو فَوقَهُ في النَّسَبِ

97. Make for him a separate postulation
As detailed in what preceded narration

٩٧. وَإن تَجِد زَوجاً وَأُمّاً وَرِثَا
وَإخوَةً لِلامِّ حَازُوا الثُّلُثَا

98. If they cannot be divided accordingly
Return to agreement, by this decree

٩٨. وَإخوَةً أَيضاً لأُمٍّ وَأَبِ
وَاستَغرَقُوا المَالَ بِفَرضِ النُّصُبِ

99. See if the shares agree, take it all
Multiply by its numerator overall

٩٩. فَاجعَلهُمُ كُلَّهُمُ لأُمِّ
وَاجعَل أبَاهُم حَجَراً في اليَمَِّ

100. Multiply each of the first, recall
If no match between them both at all

١٠٠. واقسِم عَلَى الإِخوَة ثُلثَ التَّرِكَه
فَهذِهِ المَسألَةُ المُشتَرَكَه

101. Every share in the second totality
Is multiplied openly by its numerator you see

١٠١. وَنَبتَدِي الآنَ بِمَا أَردنَا
في الجَدِّ وَالإِخوَةِ إِذ وَعَدنَا

102. While shares of the other, understand in turn

١٠٢. فألقِ نَحوَ مَا أَقُولُ السَّمعَا
وَاجمَع حَوَاشِي الكَلِمَاتِ جَمعَا

103. This is the method of substitution, comprehend
Thereby a rank of excellence you'll ascend

١٠٣. وَاعلَم بِأنَّ الجَدَّ ذُو أحوَالِ
أُنبِيكَ عَنهُنَّ عَلَى التَّوَالِي

104. If one deserving property's defined
A healthy hermaphrodite of clear assign

١٠٤. يُقَاسِمُ الإِخوَةَ فِيهِنَّ إذَا
لَم يَعُدِ القَسمُ عَلَيهِ بِالأَذَى

105. Apportion on the minimum and certainty
To attain correctness and clarity

١٠٥. فَتَارَةً يَأخُذُ ثُلثاً كَامِلاً
إِن كَانَ بِالقِسمَةِ عَنهُ نَازِلا

106. Judge the absentee as a hermaphrodite
Whether male or female, same rights requite

١٠٦. إن لَم يَكُن هُنَاكَ ذُو سِهَامِ
فَاقنَع بِإِيضَاحِي عَنِ استِفهَامِ

107. Same is judgment for the pregnant cases
Build on certainty and minimum bases

١٠٧. وَتَارَةً يَأخُذُ ثُلثَ البَاقِي
بَعدَ ذَوِي الفُرُوضِ وَالأرزَاقِ

108. If a group dies by collapse or sinking
Or an accident affecting everything like burning

١٠٨. هذَا إِذَا مَا كَانَتِ المُقَاسَمَه
تَنقُصُهُ عَن ذَاكَ بِالمُزَاحَمَه

109. If the first to pass isn't known
No dying inherits from dying, have shown

١٠٩. وَتَارَةً يَأخُذُ سُدسَ المَالِ
وَلَيسَ عَنهُ نَازِلاً بَحَالِ

110. Count them as strangers, this is right
The true and sagacious recital, light

١١٠. وهوَ مَعَ الإنَاثِ عِندَ القَسمِ
مِثلُ أخٍ في سَهمِهِ وَالحُكمِ

111. The discourse has covered what we desired
Of inheritance division, so aspired

١١١. إِلا مَعَ الأُمِّ فَلا يَحجُبُهَا
بَل ثُلُثُ المَالِ لَهَا يَصحَبُهَا

112. In symbolic concise expression
Summarized with utmost compendious discretion

١١٢. وَاحسُب بَنِي الأَبِ لَدَى الأَعدَادِ
وَارفُض بَنِي الأُمِّ مَعَ الأَجدَادِ

113. So praise be to God for the completeness
Continuous praise in permanence

١١٣. وَاحكُم عَلَى الإِخوَةِ بَعدَ العَدِّ
حُكمَكَ فِيهِم عِندَ فَقدِ الجَدِّ

114. We ask pardon for all shortcoming
And the best hoped for in ending

١١٤. وَاسقِط بَنِي الإِخوَةِ بِالأَجدَادِ
حُكماً بَعدلٍ ظَاهِرِ الإِرشَادِ

115. Forgiveness of sins that came to be
Veiling of flaws that manifested, see

١١٥. وَالأختُ لا فَرضَ مَعَ الجَدِّ لَها
فِيما عَدَا مَسأَلَةً كَمَّلَهَا

116. Blessings and peace upon the chosen
Praiseworthy noble Prophet Mohammad

١١٦. زوجٌ وَأُمٌّ وَهُمَا تَمَامُهَا
فَاعلَم فَخَيرُ أُمَّةٍ عَلاَّمُهَا

117. The best of mankind, of happy end
His family of glory, merits that transcend

١١٧. تُعرَفُ يَا صاحِ بِالأكدَرِيَّه
وَهيَ بِأَن تَعرِفَهَا حَرِيَّه

118. His companions, the magnificent, devout
The elite seniors, those of virtue throughout

١١٨. فَيُفرَضُ النِّصفُ لَهَا وَالسُّدسُ لَه
حَتَّى تَعُولَ بِالفُرُوضِ المُجمَلَه

١١٩. ثُمَّ يَعُودَانِ إِلَى المُقَاسَمَه
كَمَا مَضى فَاحفَظه وَاشكُر نَاظِمه

١٢٠. وَإن تُرِد مَعرفَةَ الحِسَابِ
لِتَهتَدِي بِهِ إِلَى الصَّوَابِ

١٢١. وَتَعرِفَ القسِمَةَ وَالتَّفضِيلا
وَتَعلَمَ التَّ التَّصحِيحَ وَالتَّأصِيلا

١٢٢. فاستَخرِجِ الأُصُولَ في المَسَائِلِ
وَلا تَكُن عَن حِفظِهَا بِذَاهِلِ

١٢٣. فَإِنَّهُنَّ سَبعَةٌ أُصُولُ
ثَلاثَةٌ مِنهُنَّ قَد تَعُولُ

١٢٤. وَبَعدَهَا أَربَعًَةٌ تَمَامُ
لا عَولَ يَعرُوهَا وَلا انثِلامُ

١٢٥. فَالسُّدسُ مِن سِتَّةِ أسهُمٍ يُرَى
وَالثُّلثُ وَالرُّبعُ مِنِ اثنَي عَشَرَا

١٢٦. وَالثُّمنُ إِن ضُمَّ إِلَيهِ السُّدسُ
فَأصلُهُ الصَّادِقُ فِيهِ الحَدسُ

١٢٧. أربَعَةٌ يَتبَعُهَا عِشرُونَا
يَعرِفُهَا الحُسَّابُ أجمَعُونَا

١٢٨. فهذِهِ الثَّلاثَةُ الأُصُولُ
إن كَثُرَت فُرُوضُهَأ تَعُولُ

١٢٩. فَتَبلُغُ السِّتَّةُ عِقدَ العَشَرَه
في صُورَةٍ مَعرُوفَةٍ مُشتَهِرَه

١٣٠. وَتَلحَقُ الَّتِي تَلِيهَا في الأَثَر
بالعَولِ إفرَاداً إلَى سَبعَ عَشَر

١٣١. وَالعَدَدُ الثَّالِثُ قَد يَعُولُ
بِثُمنِه فَاعمَل بِمَا أقُولُ

١٣٢. وَالنِّصفُ وَالبَاقِي أوِ النِّصفَانِ
أصلُهُمَا في حُكمِهِم إِثنَانِ

١٣٣. وَالثُّلثُ مِن ثَلاثَةٍ يَكُونُ
وَالرُّبعُ مِن أربَعَةٍ مَسنُونُ

١٣٤. وَالثُّمنُ إن كَانَ فَمِن ثَمَانِيَه
فَهذِهِ هِيَ الأُصُولُ الثَّانِيَه

١٣٥. لا يَدخُلُ العَولُ عَلَيهَا فَاعلَمِ
ثُمَّ اسلُكِ التَّصحِيحَ فِيهَا وَاقسِمِ

١٣٦. وَإن تَكُن مِن أصلِهَا تَصِحُّ
فَتَركُ تَطوِيلِ الحِسَابِ رِبحُ

١٣٧. فَأَعطِ كُلا سَهمَهُ مِن أصلِهَا
مُكَمَّلاَ أَو عَائِلاً مِن عَولِهَا

١٣٨. وَإِن تَرَ السِّهَامَ لَيسَت تَنقَسِم
عَلَى ذَوِي المِيرَاثِ فَاتبَع مَا رُسِم

١٣٩. وَاطلُب طَرِيقَ الاختِصَارِ في العَمَل
بالوَفق والضَّربِ يَجَانِبكَ الزَّلَل

١٤٠. وَاردُد إِلَى الوَفقِ الَّذِي يُوَافِقُ
وَأضربهُ في الأَصلِ فَأَنتَ الحَأذِقُ

١٤١. إن كَانَ جِنساً وَاحِداً أَو أكثَرَا
فَاتبَع سَبِيلَ الحَقِّ وَاطرَحِ المِرَا

١٤٢. وَإن تَرَ الكَسرَ عَلَى أجنَاسِ
فَإِنَّهَا في الحُكمِ عِندَ النَّاسِ

١٤٣. تُحصَرُ في أربَعَةٍ أقسَامٍ
يَعرِفُها المَاهِرُ في الأحكامِ

١٤٤. مُمَاثِلٌ مِن بَعدِهِ مُنَاسِبُ
وَبَعدَهُ مُوَافِقٌ مُصَاحِبُ

١٤٥. وَالرَّابِعُ المُبَايِنُ المُخَالِفُ
يُنبِيكَ عَن تَفصِيلِهنَّ العَارِفُ

١٤٦. فَخُذ مِنَ المُمَاثِلَينِ وَاحِدَا
وخُذ مِنَ المُناسِبَينِ الزَّائِدَا

١٤٧. وَاضرِب جَمِيعَ الوَفقِ في المُوافِقِ
وَاسلُك بِذَاكَ أنهَج الطَّرَائِقِ

١٤٨. وَخُذ جَمِيعَ العَدَدِ المُبَايِنِ
وَأضرِبهُ في الثَّانِي وَلا تُداهِنِ

١٤٩. فَذَاكَ جُزءُ السَّهمِ فَاحفَظَنهُ
وَاحذَر هُدِيتَ أَن تَزِيغَ عَنهُ

١٥٠. واضرِبهُ في الأَصلِ الَّذِي تَأَصَّلا
وَأحصِ مَا انضَمَّ وَمَا تَحَصَّلا

١٥١. وَاقسِمهُ فَالقَسمُ إِذَاً صَحِيحُ
يَعرِفُهُ الأعجَمُ وَالفصِيحيحُ

١٥٢. فَهذِهِ مِنَ الحِسَابِ جُمَلُ
يَأتِي عَلَى مِثَالِهِنَّ العَمَلُ

١٥٣. مِن غَيرِ تَطوِيلٍ وَلا اعتِسَافِ
فَاقنَع بِمَا بُيِّنَ فَهوَ كافِ

١٥٤. وإن يَمُت آخَرُ قَبلَ القِسمَه
فصَحِّحِ الحِسَابَ وَاعرِف سَهمَه

١٥٥. وَاجعَل لَهُ مَسألَةً أخرَى كَمَا
قَد بُيِّنَ التَّفصِيلُ فِيما قُدِّمَا

١٥٦. وإن تَكُن لَيسَت عَلَيهَا تَنقَسِم
فَارجِع إِلَى الوَفقِ بِهَذا قَد حُكِم

١٥٧. وَانظُر فَإن وَافَقَتِ السِّهامَا
فَخُذ هُدِيتَ وَفقَهَا تَمَامَا

١٥٨. واضرِبهُ أو جَمِيعَهَأ في السَّابِقَه
إِن لَم تَكُن بينهُما مُوَافَقَه

١٥٩. وَكُلُّ سهمٍ في جَمِيعِ الثَّانِيَه
يُضرَبُ أَو في وَفقِهَا عَلانِيَه

١٦٠. وَأسهُمُ الأُخرَى فَفِي السِّهامِ
تُضرَبُ أو في وَفقِهَا تَمَامِ

١٦١. فَهذِهِ طَرِيقَةُ المُنَاسَخه
فارقَ بِهَا رُتبَة فَضلٍ شاِمخَه

١٦٢. وَإن يَكُن في مُستَحِقِّ المَالِ
خُنثَى صَحِيحٌ بَيِّنُ الإشكالِ

١٦٣. فَاقسِم عَلَى الأَقَلِّ وَاليَقِينِ
تَحظَ بالقِسمَةِ وَالتَّبيِينِ

١٦٤. وَاحكُم عَلَى المَفقُودِ حُكمَ الخُنثى
إِن ذَكَراً يَكُونُ أَو هُو أُنثى

١٦٥. وَهكَذَا حُكمُ ذَوَاتِ الحَملِ
فَابنِ عَلَى اليَقِينِ وَالأقَلِّ

١٦٦. وَإن يَمُت قَومٌ بِهَدمٍ أو غَرَق
أو حادِثٍ عَمَّ الجَميعَ كَالحَرَق

١٦٧. ولَم يَكُن يُعلَمُ حَالُ السَّابِقِ
فَلا تُوَرِّث زَاهِقاَ مِن زَاهِقِ

١٦٨. وَعُدَّهُم كَأَنَّهُم أجَانِبُ
فَهكَذَا القُولُ السَّدِيدُ الصَّائبُ

١٦٩. وقَد أتَى القَولُ عَلَى مَا شِئنَا
مِن قِسمَةِ المِيرَاثِ إِذ بَيَّنَا

١٧٠. عَلَى طَرِيقِ الرَّمزِ وَالإشَارَه
مُلَخَّصاً بِأَوجَزِ العِبَارَه

١٧١. فَالحَمدُ للهِ عَلَى التَّمامِ
حَمداً كَثِيراً تَم في الدَّوَامِ

١٧٢. نَسألُهُ العَفوَ عَنِ التَّقصِيرِ
وَخيرَ مَا نَأمُلُ في المَصِيرِ

١٧٣. وغفرَ ما كَأن مِنَ الذُّنُوبِ
وَسَترَ مَا شَانَ مِنَ العُيُوبِ

١٧٤. وَأَفضَلُ الصَّلاَةِ وَالتَّسلِيمِ
عَلَى النَّبِيِّ المُصطَفَى الكَرِيمِ

١٧٥. مُحَمَّدٍ خَيرِ الأنَامِ العَاقِب
وَآلِهِ الغُرِّ ذَوِي المَنَاقِبِ

١٧٦. وَصَحبِهِ الأمَاجِدِ الأبرَارِ
الصَّفوَةِ الأكَابِرِ الأخيَارِ
