1. My life has drifted far from friends of old
Though sometimes I'm reminded as memories unfold

2. A young man's life seems easy when hopes are high
But things remain as thoughts within the mind reside

As flowers close when bees no longer roam

9. I had doubts enough about my fate
When boarded a ship on a storm-tossed strait

10. They say faith alone is our salvation
Yet Lord, strong faith looks like blasphemy

11. And in their graves they wait for dawn
But dawn never comes in that world forlorn

12. An eagle forever soars through skies
Its boundless realm of stars a paradise
