2. God and the righteous angels bear witness
That I have embarked without right guidance

3. Indeed I have thought ill of my Lord
While He stands in waiting to ambush the sinner

4. Indeed I regret - may You forgive me, O God -
My misguided doctrine and belief

5. From the path of righteousness I strayed, so return me
My God, to the path of guidance

6. Indeed I have sown sin, so woe to me
Then woe to me if the day of harvest comes

7. Woe to my soul, for I have walked a path
In which there is no guide to the truth

8. Woe to my soul from the terror of the day of judgement
Woe to my soul from the horror of the day of calling

9. I will cry my eyes out over what
I have said until my tears flood the streams

10. I will cry over my life and I will cry
