1. May God reward my father with the best of rewards
For his abundant favors and good intentions
١. فالله يًجزِي أبي من فَضلِ نِعمَتِهِ
خيرَ الجزاء بما أولى وما قصدا
2. And may God repay our teacher with goodness
For he taught well and strove diligently
٢. وكافأ اللهُ بالحُسنَى مُعَلِّمَنا
فإنه أحسَنَ التَّعلِيمَ واجتهدا
3. And praise be to God in conclusion after beginning
For countless gifts that cannot be numbered
٣. والحمدُ لِلّهِ خَتماً بعد مفتتح
على مواهبَ لا تُحصَى لها عددا
