1. Whoever desires intoxication without wine

While their eyes weep with wounds

30. He prepared both high Minbars
And justice encompassed all regions

31. When led by one decisive
The kingdom becomes invincible, not jesting

32. In his sheath the lion who cannot be seen
Hunting only the courageous warriors

33. As if unsheathing upon his spear
The bare sword of destiny

34. With an ambition that transcends horizons beyond
The perception of eyes but for glimpses

35. Among the finest steeds of high rank
Of pure and radiant lineage

36. Colossal ones whose traces
Erased by no era when their right hands brandished swords

37. Lions near his thrust
Baring their blades with spears

38. Many the blows they dealt lions
Like cubs burned by flames

39. Son of Yahya built a lofty edifice
Spending his night while neighing horses slept

40. He reached the summit through effort
Winning the race of pure bred horses

41. The Indian sword quenching thirst of foes
Imagine when quenching the thirst of slaughterers

42. His opinions terrify enemies more
Than the sharpened weapons of war

43. His might never lacked ability
To sheathe the blades of polished swords

44. No souls deviate from loving him
Though he commits ugly sins

45. Many ambitious eyes toward summits
Upon seeing him, lowered envious sights

46. Like frightened wolves howling
When the wolf pack calls, they abandon dens

47. O you who seek favor, persevere
Bestow upon the seeker your success

48. His voice sings, no voice like his
Has wings to sing sublimely

49. Leave one who is miserly in his plenty
Fires are not sparked by flinty stones

50. The journey is long, dew pouring down
Life prosperous, hopes flowering
