1. The generous man honors the one in need
Despite what afflicts him, he who is wealthy is not honored
١. وَإِنَّ الكَريمَ مَن يُكرِّمُ مُعسِراً
عَلى ما اِعتَراهُ لا يُكرَمُ ذا يُسرِ
2. No weariness has changed my generosity
Nor the reproach of my guests, my wealth or poverty
٢. وَما غَيَّرتني ضَجرَةٌ عَن تَكَرُّمي
وَلا عابَ أَضيافي غِنايَ وَلا فَقري
