1. We praise Allah, Lord of the Worlds
For His guidance, O listeners

2. And pray upon the Chosen one, Taha
The Imam of prophets and messengers

3. And so too his family and companions all together
Stars, nay missiles, against the transgressors

4. We departed from Bukha with true determination
To the House of Allah, pilgrims indeed

5. We rode the sea in search of greatness
To Henjam, abode of the sincere

6. We stayed with Sheikh Ahmad of the people
Generous, welcoming to newcomers

7. He is the son of Ubaid, a place for every guest
So he honored us with might, throughout our stay

8. On the fifteenth of Sha'ban, we were approached
By the heathens' onslaught, the polytheists' tilt

9. We rode therein, crossing the sea folds
With waves like mountains, yet we did not falter

10. We landed at Karaji after five days
And journeyed in the plains, rightly guided

11. A ship came to us called Jeddah
We rode in it, Jeddah-bound

12. It carried us with waves, winds
And rain, and we were patient

13. On the ninth of Sha'ban, we arrived
At Aden, though we did not disembark

14. At Kamran too we landed
Without harm or affliction upon us

15. On the fourteenth we reached
Jeddah, city of Muslims

16. We saw hardship after hardship
As promised by the Lord of the Worlds

17. That was little, nay mean
Compared to those who reached their end

18. So say to those helpless towards greatness
To what end is this procrastination, oblivious?

19. From it we rode to camels
Crossed the desert, journeying indeed

20. And on the sea we landed a day
Then sought the protected city

21. On the tenth of Dhu al-Qi'dah with eight
We reached Mecca, gladdened

22. We saw it, truly Bayt Allah
And circled it a week, certitude

23. We kissed the Stone and prostrated
Upon it, a brother in humility

24. And the Sa'ee we completed, seven rounds
We shaved our hair, though remiss

25. We drank Zamzam and were sated
Many a day we drew from it

26. Behind Maqam Ibrahim truly
We bowed, O my God, obedient

27. In Al-Hijr too we prayed together
Beneath His banner, humble

28. So many tears flowed there
Between the two hills, pouring

29. At Arafat together we stood
So much tears we shed there

30. And Muzdalifah we sought and stayed
Gathering pebbles, seven

31. And from Mina we got all we wished
Staying in its environs, certain

32. We stoned the Jamarat by God's command
Three times each day, dedicated

33. We slaughtered our sacrifice too, all
Completing the rites, surrendered

34. We fulfilled our Hajj, obligatory and Sunnah
By God's order, ever compliant

35. And returned safely by my Lord's grace
With erasure of sins, all together

36. We reached Jeddah, hopeful of success
Though still troubled therein

37. We boarded a ship called Shujaa
Headed to Karaji, caravanning

38. We reached it, safe, on the third
Of the month that turns years

39. We rode thereon and returned
To homelands, back through it

40. We unloaded our belongings in Dubai
Lands of the most generous Muslims

41. We were welcomed with honor and might
And hospitality perplexing the calculators

42. From it we crossed Bu Kha
All safe and prosperous

43. It is complete, and blessings upon Muhammad
Imam of messengers, aid of believers

44. And so too his family and companions
With the Ansar, then followers

45. As many as said the poor servant
We praise Allah, Lord of the Worlds
