2. A people whose swords and palms

O disappearing sun, O cracking mountains

19. O passing time, O darkening horizon
O bursting rope, O shattering spears

20. Oh melting soul, O ulcerating eyelids
O pouring eyes, our tears—flow

21. I cannot forget Zainab while she calls among them

22. “We are the daughters of Al-Mustafa and his successor
And the cherished ones of the sons of Hutaym and Zamzam
