1. Had you kept the affection from me

١. أَلَم تَكُ لَو حَفِظتَ الوُدَّ مِنّي
كَما بَينَ المَحاجِرِ وَالحِجاجِ
2. You would have attained purity and betrayed my covenant
Without cause like hostile grudges
٢. فَحُلتَ عَنِ الصَفاءِ وَخُنتَ عَهدي
بِلا سَبَبٍ كَذي الضِغنِ المُداجي
