1. The policeman oppresses and defames the innocent,
And commits a grave sin, insulting,

2. If suspicion is proven, he takes his matter lightly,
Deeming it a wedding feast, so he spends the day confused,

3. And had piety been proven he would have spent the night honored,
And spent the morning in might, protected and honored,

4. But he let his desire lead him,
So what he desires leads him to prison as a staircase.
