1. My manners increased, walking on a steady foot
Without fault or lameness

Like beasts, in them ignorance reigns

7. It drives them neck now, head now, confused
Until when I walk straight, it stops

8. Save dependents God destroyed their distinction
None of them reaches for water to draw

9. They beg me to provide their livelihood
Yet I'm not one to earn through weakness

10. They task me to ask people for their needs
Perforce, but pride stops me from that

11. They rouse me to what does not please me
Indeed, between us lies great dissent
