1. O beloved of God, O master of messengers
And most virtuous of all creatures high and low

2. You are the soul of existence above and below
And the axis of prosperity in this world and the next

3. You are the origin of all good from God
Connecting the worlds secretly and openly

4. God deposited in you every perfection
From which portions were divided among the worlds

5. Every virtue in creation is a part of your virtue
And with that same part you are more worthy

6. So blessings and light from God be upon you
Shining on your tomb for all to see

7. And on your family and companions all together
And on us also, as you have said, in multitudes
