فلا الكَيسُ يُدني من تأجلِ وَقتهِ

فلا الكَيسُ يُدني من تأجلِ وَقتهِ

ولا العَجزُ عن نيلِ المطالبِ حابِسُ

ولا العَجزُ عن نيلِ المطالبِ حابِسُ

So shrewdness brings no nearer one whose time has been deferred,

The wise does not delay when the time is right,

nor does incapacity prevent the attainment of one's aims.

Nor does weakness prevent from attaining desires.
