إن تندموا ليس يفيد الندم

قد قضي الأمر وجفّ القلم

الله خلاق الورى عادلٌ

فلا يلومَنْ غيره من ظلم

God, Creator of all, is just

So blame not another for your wrong

يا أمة يقتلها جهلها

جهلك لا يشبه جهل الأمم

O nation killed by its ignorance

Your ignorance is unlike all others
