كأني إذا أودعت سري عندهم

رفعت بنار فوق أعلى المراقب

رفعت بنار فوق أعلى المراقب

It is as though, whenever I entrust my secret to them,

As though were I to confide my secret in them,

I have raised a fire above the highest watchtowers.

I'd be raising a fire atop the highest watchtower.
