I adjure you both, you two who claim relief

from love: why is injustice deemed fair in love?

And why does the innocent, through wasting sickness, bear

the penalty for the sin the wrongdoer commits?

And how has injustice persisted in love, and why is it decreed

that the heart bear the punishment for the wrongs the eyes commit?
