فَأَنتَso you غَيثُهُمtheir rain نَفعاin bringing benefit وَطَودُهُمand their mountain
فَأَنتَ غَيثُهُم نَفعا وَطَودُهُم
دَفعاin defense إِذاwhen ماan emphatic particle مرادُpasture المُمتَشىthe livestock owner جَدَباgrew barren
دَفعا إِذا ما مرادُ المُمتَشى جَدَبا
So you are their rain in beneficence, and their mountain
in defense, when the livestock owner's pasture grows barren.
