وأَصْفَرَand a yellow one عَطَّافٍrepeatedly winning إِذَاwhen رَاحَgoes out in the evening رَبُّهُits owner
وأَصْفَرَ عَطَّافٍ إِذَا رَاحَ رَبُّهُ
غَدَاcome in the morning ابْنَاthe two sons of عِيَانٍʿIyān بِالشِّوَاءِwith the roasted meat المُضَهَّبِlightly roasted
غَدَا ابْنَا عِيَانٍ بِالشِّوَاءِ المُضَهَّبِ
And a yellow gaming arrow, winning time and again—when its owner goes out in the evening,
the two sons of ʿIyān come in the morning with lightly roasted meat.
