يفعل رب الملك في ملكه

whatever he wills; God has a purpose in this.

What He wills, and to Allah belongs this purpose.

فيا رجال الملك لا تقنطوا

من رحمة اللَه وسلوا العباد

So, O men of the realm, do not despair

So O men of the king, do not despair

of God's mercy, and console the people.
