رجب علوت وقد رأى منك العدا

طود الشهامة والسياسة والندى

Rajab Alawat, seeing your enemy

The pillar of valor, wisdom and glow

ماضي الحسام لدى الكفاح غضنفر

تسقيهم عند اللقا كاس الردى

Unsheathing swords at the battle zealous

Offering them a cup of demise at the encounter

ذد عن حياضك وابشرن فقد دنا

ان صح نيلك كل فخر واهتدا

Defend your meadows and rejoice as near

Is your glorious triumph, if destiny allows

قال العدو خطبتها أعطيتها

وسأهتكن حجابها عند الفدا

The enemy said they have given her hand

And will unveil her on the field while paying the price

وأقول كلا فالحمى يحميه من

نال المكانة في الورى والسوددا

Nay, I say the protective zeal will guard against

He who attained glory and power in life

عبد الحميد خليفة الاسلام من

بالله معتصم له مد اليدا

Abdelhamid Khalifa defends the faith

With God's help, extending a hand

دون الحجاب مهند وجحافل

لم تجتمع عبثا ولم تنصب سدى

Without the veil, Mahnad and legions

Not gathered in vain, nor erected walls futile

يا جاهلا بالامر قادك للمن

ون عمي الجهالة واحتيالك للغدا

Oh ignorant led by deceit to the refuge

Blinded by ignorance and trickery to tomorrow

الزم مكانك فالضفادع عندكم

موجودة والقرد يكفيه الددا

Stay in your place, for amongst you are

Frogs aplenty, and monkeys suffice

ان لا فان سال الخضم تدفقت

في رومةٍ أمواجه ذات الصدى

If the battle erupts gushing forth

In Rome waves of great echo

احذر وحاذر فالقلوب تيقظت

ومحمد من دينه سمع الندا

Beware and beware, for hearts are alert

And Mohammed by his faith heard the call

خذ من لسان الحال أقوى حجة

واصمت والا فالسلام تهددا

Take from the voice of truth the strongest proof

Be silent, or else peace will be threatened
