Even if the reproachers have tired of my long complaint,
Though the reproachers grow weary of my complaints
and my visitor and companion have wearied of my talk,
And my conversing visitors and gatherings,

فَما أَنا مِن روحِ الحَياةِ بِآيِسِ
and my physician has grown hopeless over my illness,
And my physician despairs and gives up on my sickness,
yet I do not despair of the breath of life.
I'm not despairing of the breath of life.
