لَئِنeven if سَئِمَgrew weary of العُوّادُvisitors to the sick طولَlength of شِكايَتيmy complaining
وَمَلَّand grew weary of حَديثيmy talk زائِريmy visitor وَمُجالِسيand my companion
Even if my visitors tire of my prolonged complaining,
and my visitor and companion weary of my talk,
وَعادَand became طَبيبيmy physician مِنof شِفائيmy recovery آيساdespairing
فَماyet not أَناI مِنof روحِrelief الإِلَهِGod بِآيِسِdespairing
and my physician has lost hope of my recovery,
yet I do not despair of God's relief.
