Who will carry a message to the young men of my people?

So do not perish in poverty at the sand ridge of Nāhiq.

For there is abundant game there, and a herd of camels,

long-necked, their elbows standing clear of their flanks—

fine-bred she-camels of a vigilant keeper, whose search will be

mere calling, when they have already crossed the breadth of al-Shaqāʾiq.
