فَدَعانيso leave me, you two إِذاwhen كَشَفتُI uncovered قِناعيmy veil
فَدَعاني إِذا كَشَفتُ قِناعي
وَاِترُكانيand leave me, you two إِذاwhen خَلَعتُI cast off عِذاريmy bridle
وَاِترُكاني إِذا خَلَعتُ عِذاري
So let me be, you two, when I lift my veil,
So it called me when I removed my mask

لَيسَthere is not لِلمَرءِfor a man إِنif أَرادَhe desires سُروراًjoy
لَيسَ لِلمَرءِ إِن أَرادَ سُروراً
مِثلُthe like of سِحرِenchantment الصَبوحِthe morning wine فيin الأَسحارِthe predawn hours
مِثلُ سِحرِ الصَبوحِ في الأَسحارِ
If a man desires joy, there is nothing for him
There is not for a person, if he wants pleasure

Like the magic of dawn during the dark
