O you who have been told that I
O you who were told that I

هَلwhether أَناI أُخليهِI leave it devoid مِنَof الشُكرِthanks
هَل أَنا أُخليهِ مِنَ الشُكرِ
ask that with which you always console me:
Ask the help you always give me:
do I ever leave it without gratitude?
do I leave it without thanks?
