يا أَيُّها الرَشا الرَيبُ الَّذي

يا أَيُّها الرَشا الرَيبُ الَّذي

دَلَّت عَلَيهِ آيَةُ الدَلِّ

دَلَّت عَلَيهِ آيَةُ الدَلِّ

O you doubtful fawn, whom

O you uncertainty and doubt

the sign of coquetry has revealed,

Indicated by the sign of guidance

قَد كَدَّرَ العَيشَ ثَمودُ القِلى

قَد كَدَّرَ العَيشَ ثَمودُ القِلى

فَاِبعَث عَلَيهِ صالَحَ الوَصلِ

فَاِبعَث عَلَيهِ صالَحَ الوَصلِ

Thamud of aversion has indeed clouded life;

Thamud have troubled the good life

so send against it the Salih of reunion.

So send upon them Salih the connected one
