إِذا وَصَفَ المَرءُ شَيئاً وَلَم

إِذا وَصَفَ المَرءُ شَيئاً وَلَم

يَكُن مُستَحِقّاً لِتِلكَ الصِفَه

يَكُن مُستَحِقّاً لِتِلكَ الصِفَه

If a person describes something, and it does not

When a man describes something undeservedly

deserve that description,

It only shows his lack of discernment and knowledge is surely

فَذاكَ دَليلٌ عَلى أَنَّهُ

فَذاكَ دَليلٌ عَلى أَنَّهُ

قَليلُ البِضاعَةِ في المَعرِفَه

قَليلُ البِضاعَةِ في المَعرِفَه

then that is evidence that he

has a meager store of knowledge.
