رَوِّ بِالوَبلِ مِن صَلاحِكَ ديناً

رَوِّ بِالوَبلِ مِن صَلاحِكَ ديناً

لَيسَ يَرضى ظَمآنهُ بِالرَذاذِ

لَيسَ يَرضى ظَمآنهُ بِالرَذاذِ

Drench faith with the downpour of your righteousness;

Its thirsty one is not content with drizzle.

لا تَبِع باقِيَ اللَذاذَةِ يَوماً

لا تَبِع باقِيَ اللَذاذَةِ يَوماً

أَو يَكُن حُلوُ ما ئِها في التِذاذِ

أَو يَكُن حُلوُ ما ئِها في التِذاذِ

Never sell enduring delight,

Or let its water’s sweetness lie in the savoring.
