وَلا تَسم الناسَ مِنكَ الَّذي

وَلا تَسم الناسَ مِنكَ الَّذي

اِذا هو نالَكَ لم تَصطَبِر

اِذا هو نالَكَ لم تَصطَبِر

And do not inflict on people that which,

if it befell you, you could not endure.

وَمن يَرضى لِلنّاسِ من نَفسِهِ

وَمن يَرضى لِلنّاسِ من نَفسِهِ

بِما هُوَ راض لَها لا يحر

بِما هُوَ راض لَها لا يحر

And whoever is content to treat others

as he is content to be treated will not be at a loss.
