وَلِلرِّزقِ داعٍ إِلى أَهلِهِ
Affairs are governed by their destinies.
Fates administer the management of all affairs,
And provision has a caller who summons it to its people.
And provision is summoned to those destined for it.

If God permits a need to be fulfilled,
When God decrees that a need be fulfilled,
Success comes to you at its own leisurely pace.
Success comes to you with unhurried ease.

ويبقى البخيلُ على بُخلِهِ
The generous man wins fine praise,
The generous man wins the prize of fair praise,
And the miser remains in his miserliness.
While the miser remains bound by his stinginess.

If a person is content, he attains wealth,
If a person is content, he attains true wealth,
And removes his saddle from the mount.
And may unburden his mount of its saddle.
وَلاand do not تَسَلِask الناسَpeople مِنof فَضلِهِمtheir bounty
وَلا تَسَلِ الناسَ مِن فَضلِهِم

And do not ask people for their bounty,
So do not ask people for their favors,
But ask God for His bounty.
But ask God alone for His bounty.
