حَيث فازَ العَزيز فيهِ بِمصرِ

Our age is the happiest age in time,

Our era in time is the happiest era

For in it al-Aziz triumphed in Egypt.

Where the dear one has won Egypt

وَتحلت أَعوامه في المَعالي

وَتحلت أَعوامه في المَعالي

بِمَواليد سؤدد ذات شكر

بِمَواليد سؤدد ذات شكر

And its years, amid lofty honors, were adorned

And his years are adorned with the highest traits

With births of glory deserving gratitude.

With births that bring eternal gratitude

وَاكتست حلة السَنا وَتَباهَت

وَاكتست حلة السَنا وَتَباهَت

مِنهُ بَينَ الوَرى بِأَجمَل ذكر

مِنهُ بَينَ الوَرى بِأَجمَل ذكر

And they donned the robe of radiance and prided themselves,

And it has worn the dress of brilliance and prided itself

Through him, among mankind, on the fairest renown.

Among all people with the most beautiful mention

وَاِزدَهَت بَهجةً وَزادَت بَهاءً
