تَهنأ بِإقبالٍ وَجاهٍ ورتبةٍ

تَهنأ بِإقبالٍ وَجاهٍ ورتبةٍ

إِلَيك بِحَمد اللَه تَسعى عَلى عجلْ

إِلَيك بِحَمد اللَه تَسعى عَلى عجلْ

May you enjoy good fortune, prestige, and rank;

Congratulations on favor, prominence and rank

They hasten to you, praise be to God, with all speed.

To you, praise God, you strive hastily

فَما جازَ يا رَب المَعالي عَلَيهما

فَما جازَ يا رَب المَعالي عَلَيهما

يَجوز عَلى علياك يا غاية الأَمَلْ

يَجوز عَلى علياك يا غاية الأَمَلْ

For whatever applied to them both, O lord of lofty honors,

So it does not pass, O Lord of Highness, over them

Applies to your exalted station, O ultimate object of hope.

It passes over your highness, O ultimate hope
