بُشراك نِلتَ بسعيك المَشكورِ

ما تبتَغي مِن حَظك المَوفورِ

ما تبتَغي مِن حَظك المَوفورِ

Glad tidings to you! Through your praiseworthy striving you have attained

what you seek of your abundant good fortune.

وَبَلغت في الفَردوس أَرقى رُتبة

وَبَلغت في الفَردوس أَرقى رُتبة

بِجَميل فعل صالح مبرور

بِجَميل فعل صالح مبرور

And in Paradise you have reached the highest rank

through a fine, righteous, meritorious deed.

وَلِسان عزك قال فيهِ مُؤَرِّخاً

وَلِسان عزك قال فيهِ مُؤَرِّخاً

بِعليٍّ اِبتَهجت جِنانُ الحُور

بِعليٍّ اِبتَهجت جِنانُ الحُور

And the tongue of your glory said of it, recording the date:

The gardens of the houris rejoiced in Ali.
