حَفَظَتsafeguarded باهتمامهthrough his care أَوطانَهْhis homelands
حَفَظَت باهتمامه أَوطانَهْ
Al-Dawri’s fortress, stately and strong,
Al-Dawari's fortress, firm and steadfast,
Through his vigilant care, it safeguarded his homelands;
Safeguarded his homelands through his care.
وَأَنافَتand towered إِلىtoward السَماءthe sky عَناناًclouds
وَأَنافَت إِلى السَماء عَناناً
وَرمتand hurled بِالهَوانwith disgrace أَهلpeople of الخِيانَهْtreachery
وَرمت بِالهَوان أَهل الخِيانَهْ
And towered toward the sky, reaching the heights,
And towered skyward into the clouds,
And cast the treacherous into disgrace.
And hurled disgrace upon the treacherous.
وَاِزدَهَتand shone بَهجةًsplendor بِحُسنِthrough the excellence of اِبتِداعٍinvention
وَاِزدَهَت بَهجةً بِحُسنِ اِبتِداعٍ
وَاِختِبارٍand testing لمدفعof the cannon الشَشخانهthe Shashkhana (rifled) type
وَاِختِبارٍ لمدفع الشَشخانه
It shone in splendor at the excellence of the invention
And shone with splendor through the fine invention
And testing of the Shashkhana rifled cannon.
