لَنا قاضٍ لَهُ رَأس

لَنا قاضٍ لَهُ رَأس

مِن الخِفَّة مَملوءُ

مِن الخِفَّة مَملوءُ

We have a judge whose head

We have a judge with a head

Is filled with frivolity;

Filled with frivolity,

وَفي أَسفَلِهِ داءٌ

وَفي أَسفَلِهِ داءٌ

يُعيد مِنكُم السوءُ

يُعيد مِنكُم السوءُ

And in his lower part is an ailment

And at its base a disease

That evil brings back from you.

That brings out your depravity
