نَزِفُّ إِلَيكَ أَبكارَ المَعاني

نَزِفُّ إِلَيكَ أَبكارَ المَعاني

وَسائِرُها لَنا مِنكَ اِكتِسابُ

وَسائِرُها لَنا مِنكَ اِكتِسابُ

We lead the virgin meanings in bridal procession to you;

We bring you the virgins of meaning in bridal procession;

and all the rest we have acquired from you.

And the rest of them we acquire from you.

وَنَحمِلُ مِن نَداكَ إِلَيكَ مالاً

وَنَحمِلُ مِن نَداكَ إِلَيكَ مالاً

فَأَنتَ البَحرُ يُمطِرُهُ السَحابُ

فَأَنتَ البَحرُ يُمطِرُهُ السَحابُ

From your bounty we carry wealth back to you—

And from your bounty we carry wealth to you,

for you are the sea upon which the clouds rain.

For you are the sea upon which the clouds rain.
