And lofty in rank above the two Eagles,
And lofty dignity over both eagles

أَرى الأَنوارَ مِن النُوّارِ
شَبيهَlike النارِfire بَدَتappeared لِلعَينِto the eye
شَبيهَ النارِ بَدَت لِلعَينِ
I see the lights from the blossoms;
I see lights from the luminaries
Like fire, they appeared to the eye.
Like fire they appeared to the eye

So rise, now that good fortune has risen,
So get up after the rising of happiness
For a promise is like a debt.
For the promise is like a debt

Take your pleasures from the hours,
Take pleasures from the times
And leave behind what has passed, as parting nears.
And leave what has passed before separation

And rise; let us delight in drinking wine,
And get up so we can relax with drinking wine
For its radiance adorns the goblets,
For to the cups their adornment is beauty
