وإذا يُسَافِرُ فالترفُّقُ أوفَقُ
Tenderness suits one who stays at home;
Kindness suits one staying home;
And when he travels, gentle care is more fitting.
But when traveling, graciousness works best.

If a thousand fully armed men set out on an errand,
If a thousand fully armed men went on a journey
None would accomplish it except the one who proceeds with care.
None would attain their goal except the gentle ones.
