وإن جَاءَ مَا لا تَستَطِيعانِ دَفعَهُ

وإن جَاءَ مَا لا تَستَطِيعانِ دَفعَهُ

فلا تَجزَعا مِمَّا قَضَى اللَّهُ واصبِرا

فلا تَجزَعا مِمَّا قَضَى اللَّهُ واصبِرا

And if there comes what you two cannot ward off,

And if what you cannot prevent comes your way

then do not be distraught over what God has decreed, and be patient.

Do not grieve for what Allah has ordained, be patient
