How much relief from thirst lies between your banks for a heart
How many streams between your banks
That melted with thirst for you, O Valley of Honey!
Melted onto you, oh valley of honey
وَماand not دَعاهاcalled it إِلىto وادٍa valley سِواكَother than you ظَماthirst

And no thirst called it to a valley other than you;
What called them to a valley other than you, athirst
Do you not discern in it the languor of indolence?
Can you not see in it the slackening of laziness
