قَدindeed بَسَطَhas extended المَهدِيُّal-Mahdi النَدىbounty
قَد بَسَطَ المَهدِيُّ النَدى
لِلناسِto the people وَالعَفوَand pardon عَنِfor الظالِمِthe wrongdoer
لِلناسِ وَالعَفوَ عَنِ الظالِمِ
Al-Mahdi has extended his bounty
to the people, and his pardon to the wrongdoer.
فَالراحِلُso the traveler الصادِرُthe departing one عَنfrom بابِهِhis gate
فَالراحِلُ الصادِرُ عَن بابِهِ
مُبَشِّرٌa bearer of glad tidings لِلوارِدِto the visitor القادِمِthe arriving one
مُبَشِّرٌ لِلوارِدِ القادِمِ
So the traveler departing from his gate
bears glad tidings for the arriving visitor.
