لِلصُحبَةِfor companionship لَوif نقلتyou moved نَحويtoward me قَدَماًa foot
لِلصُحبَةِ لَو نقلت نَحوي قَدَماً
أَدنىthe lowliest of الخدمthe servants اِصطَنَعتyou chose for your service كالخلخالِlike an anklet
أَدنى الخدم اِصطَنَعت كالخلخالِ
If, for companionship, you took one step toward me,

you would make the humblest servant your anklet.
You would have chosen the lowliest of servants, like an anklet.
